Halifax Regional Police have charged a 24-year-old man in relation to a voyeurism incident that occurred early Friday morning in Halifax.
Shortly before 4 a.m., police say they received a report from a woman who found a cell phone on the floor of a staff washroom at the Westin Nova Scotian Hotel. When the woman picked up the phone, she noticed it had been recording video.
Investigators say they viewed the video and were able to identify a suspect. He was arrested at the scene.
Roman Pegoski is now facing a voyeurism charge.
